EXCHANGES/RETURNS AND CANCELLATION


CANCELLING
You should contact us through the email orders@brandsibuy.com to inform of your withdrawal. You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped at no cost. If your order is already in transit you will have to bear the shipping costs. The value to be refunded will be the value paid minus the shipping costs.
The refund will be made within 3-5 days from the arrival of the return to our premises.


EXCHANGES/RETURNS
We only return the purchase price and/or change the ordered products in three situations:
- products that have left our premises with defect;
- shipment of products other than those listed on the order form;
- out of stock.

Please note that for reasons of hygiene, some products cannot be returned unless they have remained in their original packaging or are defective. According to the calibration of the different monitors used to access our website, the colour of the products presented may vary slightly.


Brands I Buy is not responsible for errors due to misinterpretation.
Where applicable, products must be returned as they were initially, which includes labels and packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with your box. All products are inspected after their return.
The delay in delivery of the goods by the carrier will not be reason for the return.

You must send an e-mail with your bank details (NIB) to orders@brandsibuy.com so that the bank transfer can be made.
The refund will be made within 3-5 days from the arrival of the return to our premises.

Exchange/returns procedure
Default or error of the sent article
The buyer should contact through the email orders@brandsibuy.com informing of the status of the product and its defects or errors. In the e-mail you should attach a picture of the defect so that we can process your complaint.
If the defect is confirmed or the non-conformity, is made a replacement of the article (color and size equal to the initial product) within five working days without any additional shipping cost.
If the product is not in conformity, we will refund the amount paid by bank transfer.

 

By rupture


Brands I Buy will contact the buyer to inform him of the situation and a full refund of the amount paid will be made. The refund will be made by bank transfer.
 

Complaints

Only complaints reported by email will be accepted and the deadline to claim is 8 days from the arrival of the order at the premises indicated by the buyer.
