Free shipping

For purchases worth 500€ or more with delivery in Portugal and mainland Spain.
For the Azores and Madeira the shipping costs are free for purchases of 500 euros or more with delivery at the Port of Leixões - the costs of transport by boat between the Port of Leixões and the respective archipelago are the responsibility of the buyer.

For other countries the shipping costs are free for purchases of 5000 euros or more.

 

Paid shipping
For purchases of less than 500€ the shipping costs are 7,99 euros for Portugal and Continental.
For the Azores and Madeira, postage costs are 7,99 euros for purchases of less than 500 euros with delivery to the Port of Leixões - the costs of transport by boat between the Port of Leixões and the respective archipelago are the responsibility of the buyer.

For other countries, the value of postage is calculated at the time of order taking into account the weight and volumes of the items of the order.

 

Delivery Time

Continental Portugal and Continental Spain: 1 to 2 working days (applicable to orders paid until 16 hours).
Orders received after that time will only be processed on the next business day.

For other countries: 2 to 3 working days (applicable to orders paid until 16 hours).
Orders received after that time will only be processed on the next business day.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday (except for local or national holidays).
Deadlines assume that there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses, force majeure, etc.).

Brands I Buy can only ship orders after receive the payment proof of purchase.

Orders are sent to an address of your choice (except for Apartados).

At the end of the purchase, you can choose a delivery location for the shipment, which may or may not be the same as the billing address. This feature allows you to make a delivery to a different address from the usual one.
With the order confirmation, an email is sent to you with a tracking number that you can use to locate your order, accessing the website of the carrier.
